Learn by doing. Grow with guidance. Apprenticeship built on practical experience, personal support and insights into many areas of the business.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will explore many different areas of the hotel, including restaurant service, bar, buffet operations, events, reception, housekeeping, sales, logistics and kitchen. This gives you a well-rounded introduction to a modern hotel and event business.
During your apprenticeship you will plan, coordinate and organise events — from large-scale events and receptions to conferences, meetings and private celebrations. You will also gain insights into event technology, food & beverage, accounting, purchasing and sales & marketing.
During your apprentice in the kitchen you will learn about international cuisine, modern cooking techniques and how a professional kitchen operates. This includes hygiene and quality assurance, product knowledge, costing, menu planning and presentation. You will also gain insights into related areas such as service and inventory management.
