Whether before a meeting, after a productive day or simply in between, our modern fitness studio overlooking the Bergstrasse countryside offers equipment for a variety of training routines. The indoor pool provides the perfect complement for relaxation and recovery.

Our sauna area offers a peaceful way to end the day after meetings, work or exploring the region. A bio sauna, Finnish sauna and ladies-only sauna provide different ways to slow down and fully unwind. Open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and available earlier upon request. Bathrobes and slippers can be borrowed from reception.
A massage is the perfect addition to your stay, especially after meetings, travel or outdoor activities. Our current price list provides an overview of treatments and available options.
Indoor and outdoor experiences for movement and nature
Mountain bikes and e-bikes are available on request, allowing guests to explore the Bergstrasse region and the Bergstrasse-Odenwald UNESCO Geo Global Geopark directly from the hotel. Mountain bike rental costs €5 for three hours, while e-bikes are €5 per hour. Helmets are also available if needed. Bikes should be returned to the hotel after use.
From May to September, our table tennis area and volleyball court offer great opportunities for active breaks and relaxed moments – perfect for teams, groups and guests who want to make the most of their free time exploring Seeheim. Equipment including bats, balls and other accessories can be borrowed from reception.
A network of trails begins right on the doorstep of Lufthansa Seeheim, leading into the Odenwald and along the scenic Bergstrasse. Ideal for leisurely walks, runs and longer hikes, these routes also make a perfect setting for walk-and-talk meetings. After all, some conversations flow more easily on the move. The surrounding greenery opens up new perspectives, encourages focused discussion and offers a welcome break from the meeting room.
Guests will find practical conveniences right on site, from everyday essentials and snacks to travel items. The lobby shop is open Monday to Friday from 7:00–9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30–8:00 p.m. An ATM is also conveniently located nearby.
