Die Gäste waren sehr begeistert und haben schon gefragt ob wir wieder zu Ihnen kommen für die nächste Tagung. Auch das Essen zur Mittagspause und Abends wurde sehr gelobt. Der Service über den Tag und auch am Abend zur Abendveranstaltung war höchst professionell und sehr freundlich wie serviceorientiert.
Wir möchten uns nochmals im Namen aller Kollegen ganz herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken. Wir sind sowohl in der Vorplanung als auch bei der Veranstaltung an sich professionell betreut worden, jeder war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns alle rundum wohl gefühlt.
Die gesamte Abwicklung von der Planung bis zur Durchführung mit meiner Ansprechpartnerin Anne Baumgärtner verlief äußerst professionell und reibungslos. Alle Anliegen wurden von ihr schnell bearbeitet und ich fühlte mich während des gesamten Prozesses bestens von ihr betreut. Die Bankettmitarbeiterinnen vor Ort und auch die Haustechnik waren außerordentlich hilfsbereit, oftmals unsere Rettung bei IT-Problemen, jederzeit ansprechbar und stets freundlich und haben maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Veranstaltung beigetragen!
Es sind rundum nur freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter anzutreffen. Von der Rezeption, über die Bar/Restaurant/Purser bis hin zur Veranstaltungsleitung. All unsere Wünsche und Fragen wurden SOFORT beantwortet und umgesetzt. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebet. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Frau Eva Bernschneider. Sie ist ein absoluter Vollprofi und es hat eine Menge Spaß gemacht mit ihr zusammen zuarbeiten. Besonders gut gefällt uns das Konzept mit der Zusammenarbeit mit Sinus. Auch hier haben wir uns mehr als unterstützt gefühlt, klasse!
