Seeheim Spirit: attitude, heritage and hospitality

Since 1973, Lufthansa Seeheim has been a place where people come together to learn, connect and exchange ideas. Today, it combines professional conference expertise with genuine hospitality, a unique setting surrounded by nature and a clear commitment to responsible business.

Intentional by nature

At Lufthansa Seeheim, professional hospitality and responsible resource management go hand in hand — reflected in renewable electricity, energy-efficient lighting, daylight in all conference rooms, water-saving technologies, bed linen and towel changes on request, and the use of regional and seasonal products. This commitment is recognised through the GreenSign Hotel certification, which is valid until mid-2029 and recognised by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).

Made personal by people

Hospitality is created by people who think one step ahead. Across the hotel, teams from many different areas work together to ensure that every stay, event and service experience feels seamless, professional and personal.

A place to learn, exchange and connect since 1973

The history of Lufthansa Seeheim is closely linked to education, collaboration and professional gatherings. Originally established as an international training centre in the Bergstrasse region, it soon became a destination for companies and organisations looking for an inspiring environment for conferences. In the early 1990s, the property was named Klaus Bonhoeffer House, in honor of the lawyer and resistance fighter Dr. Klaus Bonhoeffer. After the opening of the current building in 2009, Lufthansa Seeheim evolved into a modern hotel and conference destination, combining professional meeting environments, hospitality and the tranquillity of nature.

What our guests say

    • Room
